Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays), will be shipped on the same day. We are using Stripe as our E-commerce provider and so orders by card will usually be cleared immediately. Please note that An Post is currently experiencing overwhelm at its distribution centres and we apologise if there are any delays in receiving your order. You will be emailed a tracking number with every purchase so you will be able to trace your delivery’s progress.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your purchase and pre-quoted before you buy through the onsite checkout.

We want you to love your purchase but if you do not you can return it in its original condition within two weeks for a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements for receipt or collection of parcels if they are not going to be home at the normal postage delivery time. Returns from non-collected items will be reshipped but at the customers expense.
Damaged & Faulty goods
If your order is damaged while in transit please contact us immediately and we will replace the item for you. Please provide photographic details of the damage to the order.
Refunds are processed by the same method of payment on receipt of goods in their original condition. We regret due to supply chain issues we are unable to take returns of refrigerated goods.
