How to Use NOW Aromatherapy Essential Oils
Diffusion provides a continuous distribution of the oils’ scents and active constituents.
Skin Application – some oils can be applied to the skin, but it is important to be careful doing this. A pure essential oil needs to be diluted for safe topical use because they are highly concentrated. Almond and jojoba are two of the most popular carrier oils.
