True Sel de Guerande is produced on the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Guerande, located in the Celtic region of Brittany. The salt is made through the natural evaporation of sea water under the combined effect of sun and wind.
Harvested by hand by the salt workers according to an ancestral process, this pure sea salt remain unwashed preserving its connection with the ocean
