Maca sometimes referred to as ‘Peruvian Ginseng’, is a radish-like root vegetable native to Peru.
The maca used in Viridian’s organic maca is known as a ‘yellow blend’ which incorporates all three known root colours.
Directions: As a food supplement, take one to two capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
